I know how you feel – I had it all but was stressed and something was missing.

I was climbing the corporate ladder in the German automotive sector, successful but overwhelmed, and a major life event made me realize I was chasing happiness in all the wrong places. A big dream of my life suddenly became unattainable and I had to let it go. I was craving a way to feel calm and content from within.

Then I found tools to embrace my life with calm and contentment.

Together with my husband I took some time off and travelled, looking for answers. I found them in India, where I stayed for 2 months to study ancient somatic body practices. I found tools that helped me manage stress and find happiness right where I was. I know how it feels to want joy without chasing external fixes, and those tools changed my life.

I learned to find happiness & calm inside and want to help you do the same.

A couple of years and practice later, I moved from Germany to Australia with my husband, started my own company, and now live a life that I designed and that I truly love. My mission is to guide others to find happiness right where they are and develop the courage to live their life to their fullest potential.
