Namaste and welcome to my new blog! My goal is to open up new perspectives for you and support you on your journey to inner freedom and inner peace. To achieve this, I’ll be sharing my personal experiences and stories, as well as offering tips from the traditional yoga philosophy. I’ve created four different categories to cover all the topics effectively, and I’d like to introduce them to you today:
Practice
Explore
Inspiration
Sustainability
I have come up with the same categories for my new podcast and you will find podcast episodes for the blog articles and vice versa.
Yes, that's all me... A deliberately diverse mix and thus a reflection of reality: Yogi, adventurer, consultant, and in love with India. :)
Practice
In the Practice category, I want to help you deepen your own yoga practice. Here, you’ll find practical guides, announcements about our yoga events, quick exercises to fit into your day, and anything else that might help enrich your yoga experience. My goal is to provide you with valuable tips and exercises that you can integrate into your daily life.
Explore
The word "Explore" is so multifaceted, and this category will reflect that. It’s about sharing my personal experiences, particularly focusing on our emigration story to Australia. I often receive questions and see a great interest in various topics. But I also love traveling, especially to India, and I believe every journey is filled with inspiring moments. Get inspired by this category.
Inspiration
The Inspiration category is sure to be a delightful mix, and the classification of posts might not always be clear-cut. I want to share inspiring moments, people, and thoughts. Let’s be open to everything that will be created here…
Sustainability
Most people know that being a yoga teacher is just one of my roles. In addition, I’ve established myself as a consultant in the field of corporate sustainability. I spent over 10 years in Germany working in this area, with various large companies and ultimately in consulting. Now, I’m self-employed, advising companies across different countries on one of the most challenging issues of our time. I do this because I am personally invested in the topic and strive to live its principles as much as possible in my daily life. And it has so much to do with yoga!
